"oday, I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. I ordered dinner rolls and focaccia bread, only to find that both items were expiring today itself. When I personally visited the store to raise the issue, the staff refused to take the products back and behaved rudely instead of addressing the concern professionally. Almost all the products displayed on the counter were close to expiry, and they were offering discounts on them — clearly trying to sell off old stock. This is unacceptable and unhygienic, especially for a food establishment. It’s worth noting that their Indirapuram branch has already shut down, and based on today’s experience, it’s clear why. If they continue treating customers this way and selling near-expiry food, they should seriously reconsider their business practices — or close down altogether. I will be taking this matter further through the appropriate consumer protection and legal channels. Customers deserve safe and fresh products, not expired or nearly expired goods."

"I have brought many things from this store earlier but yesterday they scammed me. My bill was coming out to be Rs 1150 however they told me that the total bill is Rs.1500. When I had paid the bill, they put the slip in the packet. As I was walking out I checked the slip and went back inside and told them about the same. They said that it was an honest mistake but the bills are generated by computer so how is it possible. Secondly, when I told them to pay me back my money, they said that as I had used UPI, they will have to inform the company about it and the money would be returned in 3-4 days, I asked then to give it to me in written but they said that there forms were over for the same. They asked me to then buy some other stuff for the same money. It was a very disappointing and utterly careless behaviour on their end. I will never buy anything again from this store."
